INVITATION TO ‘FREE LEGAL AID CLINIC’ AT ZONE 9 COMMUNITY HALL, Jalan Sri Puchong, Taman Sri Puchong, on 22.11. 2009 (Sunday) from 10.00am – 1.00pm

All Residents Associations/ Joint Management Body/ Management Corporation, Representatives, Owners and Residents of Taman Mutiara Puchong, Lake Edge, Taman Sri Puchong, Taman Perindustrian Puchong
Greetings! You are invited to attend our ‘free’ consultation services/ counseling sessions at our centre on various Syariah law issues relating to family laws (estate distribution matters, matrimonial issue etc) and civil laws (housing, transfer of property, Wills & Testaments, Joint Management and maintenance of stratified properties, gated and guarded communities and run-of-the mill civil court cases etc). The objectives are to assist residents who have legal problems but do not know where to seek help and to know their rights. There are people who shy away from legal issues because the perception is such that it cost money to speak to lawyers and perhaps, due to time constrained and financial constraint.
Those having complicated legal issues should bring along all your relevant documents for our perusal and comprehensive explanation to you.
We have also invited our Member of Parliament YB Gobind Singh Deo, ADUN YB Teresa Kok and YDP MPSJ, YBhg. Dato Adman Md. Ikshan to attend our inaugural “Free Legal Aid Clinic’ which is made possible by volunteer lawyers and trained counselors from All Women’s Action Society (AWAM) and National House Buyers Assoc (HBA) who are specialized in Syariah laws, family laws, housing and civil laws.
