MPSJ IS USELESS! MUST REPORT MPSJ TO MACC! THE DUMPING WORK CONTINUES AS USUAL AFTER THE CULPRIT WAS CAUGHT. AFTER THIS,MPJS HAS THE GUTS TO GIVE APPROVAL TO THE CULPRITS TO CONTINUE DUMPUNG ILLEGAL WASTE USING TERMINOLOGY "RECLAIMATION".
